Children:   20 month old Toddler twin girls and a 5 year old girl. 

Days:  

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm

- Friday 2- 7 pm

- Total: 45+ hours per week (hours can be changed if needed with another nanny)

Family Details:    They are a valued long-term client of ours, and are a warm, professional blended family in a lively, love-filled home where days are full, dynamic, and family-focused. Mum oversees the household and manages the family’s property portfolio, while Dad runs a busy corporate finance company and travels weekly. 

Ideal Nanny:   You’ll be working closely with the core team, including their dedicated full-time nanny for the twins, so being collaborative, flexible, and easy-going is essential. Seeking a highly capable and nurturing Family Manager / Personal Assistant / Senior Nanny to support this lovely family and household in both a hands-on and leadership capacity. This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of childcare expertise, household coordination, and personal assistance. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the structure and flow of the home, providing high-quality care to the children—particularly the busy toddler twins—and ensuring all daily operations run smoothly. 

 Travel is a regular part of our lifestyle, both within Australia and internationally, soyou must bee comfortable with occasional/frequent travel.

You will need strong skills in administration with the ability to manage travel bookings, household staff and childcare activities.

Hourly Rate: $38-$40 + statutory superannuation and leave entitlements ($88-90K per annum) depending on experience

- Travel Allowance

- External accommodation for the right applicant– This is not a live in role on the primary residence

Children:  11 year old boy and girls aged 7 and 3

 Good kids, who are helpful mostly, they like puzzles, games, parks, movies cooking etc ipads like all ( with limits)  

Days:  Monday to Friday but can be flexible

Hours:  20 plus hours a week. Monday to friday with some help on weekends if available. Mornings from 5.30 or 6 am until 10 am. Afternoon shifts are optional but helpful.

Family Details:  The children live with their grandmother who is rather amazing as she works as a nurse, cares for her family and has just undergone hand surgery.  Mum died a couple of years ago and the children have their struggles at times. They have a lovely spacious modern home with a pool and good outdoor area for the children.

Ideal Nanny:  Caring, patient and empathetic with the ability to connect with the children to offer some stability. 

Duties: Morning routine to get the kids off to school and return home for some light duties. Option to take more hours for the afternoon pick-up, after-school sports and home for routine care.

 Play-based learning activities; Preparing meals for children; Bathing, dressing; Outings; Driving children in her own car to the nearby school and Daycare.

The role will involve before and after school care with extra hours throughout the day to help with domestic duties.

Rate of Pay: $40 neg

Children:  Twin boys aged 4. Pretty normal and active four-year-olds, with boy one being more of a rule follower, and boy two being more of a free spirit who gets bored easily. They love being outside, anything to do with Pokemon, Dinos, and usual kids' things. They also love art and craft.

Days:  Monday to Friday

Hours:  34 hours a week.2 long days and 3 split shifts as the boys are at Pre-Prep.

Monday, Thursday, Friday 8 am - 9.30 am and 4 pm to 7.30 pm

and Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30 am to 5 pm.  More hours may be required.

Family Details:   Mum and Dad are partners in a major company and work long hours and the home is busy as the boys are always active. 

Ideal Nanny:  Someone who loves the outdoors and being active with the boys, has a driver's license and can help Mum and Dad get them around. They are looking for someone who wants to be part of their family and can potentially come on holidays with them at times too.   Must have a good driving record with drop off and then collecting the boys to bring home in the evening, with some sports or kids activities thrown in. They're open to some negotiation around times. It’s more about the right person.  

Duties: Morning routine to get the kids off to school, then afternoon pick-up. 

 Play-based learning activities; Preparing meals for children; Bathing, dressing; Outings; Driving children in own car and Driving children in family car; School or Daycare drop off/pick up After-school activities

Children:  Girl aged 5 and a boy aged 1. 

 The 5 yo loves reading, number and mathematical exercises, building projects and helping cook with real tools. The young boy gravitates to practical‑life trays: pouring water, sweeping, unpacking groceries and matching objects to cards. Music and rhythm calm him, and he delights in outdoor sensory play (sand, water, leaves).  

Days and Hours:  Monday, Wednesday and Tuesday 12 pm to 6 pm and Tuesday 8 am to 6 pm.

Family Details:  Both children are thriving in a Montessori environment and are home-schooled. Mum is a Doctor and Dad is in Business. Overall vibe: uncluttered, calm and purpose‑built for hands‑on exploration.  They have a light‑filled play and learning zone set up with low shelves, child‑sized tables and rotating Montessori materials, and are nearby playgrounds and the Broadwater Lagoon, all within easy walking distance.
 

Ideal Nanny:   Montessori training or knowledge highly regarded but not essential. Warm, calm and respectful, with a genuine belief in child‑led learning and the importance of sensitive periods.  - Confident working alongside a parent but equally capable of taking full charge when needed; comfortable supervising children in public and on outings. - Skilled at planning simple, hands‑on Montessori activities and rotating materials to match each child’s current interests. - Organised and proactive: keeps the environment tidy, guides children to clean up, and handles light child‑related chores without prompting. A Nanny who is available to travel with the family as they go away on a regular basis.

Duties: Montessori-based learning activities.  Mum organises most errands; the nanny’s job is to assist when present. Typical tasks:  • Tag‑along help on grocery or pharmacy runs (Mum drives).   • Simple meal prep or batch cooking that fits their dairy‑free / gluten‑free approach.   • Packing and unpacking children’s bags and clothing for trips.   • Keeping the kids’ wardrobes organised and flagging sizes that need replacing.   • Light oversight of household supplies (nappies, wipes, cleaning products) and adding items to the shopping list.

Rate of Pay: $40 neg

Children:   A delightful, happy 3 year old girl. She loves learning, crafting, playing, puzzles, outdoor activities. Is a ball of energy and needs constant engagement. 

She misses her friends from her boutique Daycare in New Zealand.

Days:  Any 2 days per week

Hours:  4 to 5 hours a day

Family Details:  The family have moved here from New Zealand and are currently setting up their business and as you can imagine, it's hard to do with a busy young girl.  The home is set up for a wide range of activities with ample resources and is in a good location with a pool and outdoor area.  Relaxed, clean & comfortable with good energy  

Ideal Nanny:   Young, fit and active, engaging and enthusiastic around craft activities problem-solving activities and play in general. Someone who is confident and takes initiative. 

Duties: The role will focus largely on engaging, fun, learning activites

Part-time short shift once a week.

Children:  2 year old girl who is very kind, gentle and caring nature. Very routined. Loves to play and sing. Shy to begin with but comes out of her shell the more she gets to know you.  

Days and Hours:  Thursday 12.45 pm to 4.45 pm 

Family Details:   Mum is a wellness coach and Dad is a property developer. They have a lovely safe, clean home that is a great environment for the family and the nanny.

Ideal Nanny:   Experienced with young children (entertaining, feeding and teaching).  She should be fun-filled & energetic.

Duties:  The toddler wakes at 1 pm. The goal is for the nanny to arrive at 1245pm to be there for her when she wakes up. She will need to be fed and then basically just entertained. Play-based learning would be incredible. She is toilet-trained. Happy for them to go on adventures to the park or beach, both are within walking distance.

Duties: Play-based learning activities,  preparing the child's meal,  maintaining a tidy and organised space as needed.

AFTER SCHOOL AND SCHOOL HOLIDAY CARE

Children:  7 yo girl, and a nearly 5 yo boy

 The kids are quite friendly and well-mannered .  Both are quite intelligent and get along with nannies without any issues.  They are both playful, love both indoor and outdoor activities and sport.  I have no doubts your experience will be rewarding and enjoyable 

Days:  Alternating Week 1 : Thursday, Friday and Saturday and week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and a Saturday or Sunday. 

More hours can be provided to the right candidate if she is willing to do light chores cleaning , cooking.

Family Details:   Dad is a medical professional and works long hours.  They have a lovely family home in a great location and require a nanny who is calm, patient and reliable. Must have a good driving record.

Duties include: School pick-up, afternoon activities, supervising homework, some light cleaning and preparing dinner. Helping them get organised for their school day; school drop-off

Start Date: January

Rate of Pay:  $35 to $40 per hour neg.
