As a minimum they hold the following as a minimum requirement.
- A current Blue Card Working with children check
- First Aid and CPR
- Most of our team have relevant childcare qualifications
- Many are from a professional career and may be midwives, nurses or similar.
- They all have a minimum of 3 years experience.
